The Virginia Trappers Association currently has more lifetime members than annual
members. While it’s great that the majority of our membership is committed to the
Association for the remainder of their life, the decrease in annual memberships has
created a financial burden.
Our largest expenditure is subscription costs for the Trappers Post for members with subscription and our primary income is funds from annual membership dues. We need your financial support to help the VTA continue funding projects of the Association. Each donation will help us continue to promote and defend trapping and educate prospective new members and the public on the benefits of trapping.
There is no limit on the amount of donation you contribute. Your donation, no matter
how large or small, is greatly appreciated and will be used to keep our Virginia trapping
heritage strong.
All VTA Heritage Donations will be recognized by name and donation level in the
Virginia Trapper newsletter and the annual VTA Rendezvous program/flyer. The
donations levels are;
Bobcat: $500 +
Otter: $300 - $499
Coyote: $100 - $299
Mink: $1 - $99
